Academic experience:

Adina completed her BA in Nutritional Sciences at the Faculty of Agriculture, Rehovot in 1991.

She did her Internship at Ichilov Hospital, Tel Aviv.

She holds a Master's degree from the medical school at the Department of Physical Anthropology in Tel Aviv University. She published two articles in scientific journals as part of her master's degree.

She worked for 2 years at the "Rabin" hospital ("Beilinson") during the years 1993-1995.

She worked at "Clalit" Health Services for 22 years.   For 16 of these years she headed the diet service in the Sharon Region. In 2014 she received an award for being an outstanding manager.

She worked in the Glandt Center for 4 years, where she started implementing the ketogenic diet, especially for diabetic patients, together with a multidisciplinary team.

Today she works at the Diabetes Medical Center (DMC).

She is the chairman of the Israel Dietitians Association "Atid", where she contributes to the professional development of dietitians and works towards promoting their professional status.

Adina has participated in advanced training in a variety of courses and conferences, for example:

-   Diabetes Courses of the National Diabetes Council

-   Kidney disease course of "Atid".

-   Therapy skills courses - patient empowerment, feedback theater, and motivational interview.

-   Annual conferences of "Atid"

-   Nutrition Conferences- Low -carb Denver and Low-carb USA.

Adina runs a blog and she has more than 3,000 followers.

She shares her knowledge and recipes with colleagues   and patients.
